Cancellations/Substitutions and Refunds: Cancellations made at least 10 days before the class will receive 100% refund of fee paid. If cancelled three days before the class, 50% of fee paid will be refunded. No refunds are allowed if cancellation is made during the three days preceding the class. Alternatively, those who cannot attend the class may send a substitute or elect to receive the Hydraulics Software in the mail for the registration fee paid.
